tenute niccolai
residenze niccolai
This is the heart of Tenute Niccolai, and their best-loved estate, since it was the first to be purchased by Commendatore Luano Niccolai.
The modern vinification cellar (production potential 5000 HL) is surrounded by an oil mill and 67 hectares of vineyards - soon to be 100 ha - planted with Vernaccia, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Vermentino, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah. Here at what might be termed Tenute Niccolai's HQ, Sabrina Niccolai is directly responsible for the commercial side of winery business while her husband Marion coordinates work in the vineyards and cellar, assisted by winemaker Francesco Paoletti (a pupil of Giacomo Tachis) and with the prestigious supervision of Giacomo Tachis himself, who tastes the blends and dispenses valuable advice.
